The Officer's Club at San Marcos Municipal Airport (HYI) is a private, master-planned, Central Texas hangar facility conveniently located 20 miles south of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The 13 individual condo-style hangars are designed to house aircraft ranging in size from single engine to mid-size business jets in hangars as large as 70 by 60 feet. Designed by pilots, for pilots, the hangars contain every feature to make storing your prized aircraft safe and hassle-free.
Hangars in Building II are going fast. Building I is still at capacity and the waiting list is growing. Our second phase includes a tenant restroom, office, and larger hangars capable of storing multiple aircraft or the largest twin or midsized business jet. We only have a limited number of these hangars available for lease. Don't get left out!
